The Ministry of Defence is in the process of declassifying and releasing its entire archive of UFO files. The files go back decades and are packed with thousands of fascinating cases, including UFOs seen by police officers and pilots, and UFOs being tracked on radar. There are also files from the Defence Intelligence Staff, some of which contain documents that were classified Secret UK Eyes Only. Simultaneously, figures released by the MoD show that UFO sightings have rocketed to a 10-year high.

Richard M. Dolan was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1962. He holds an MA in History from the University of Rochester and a BA in History from Alfred University. He earned a Certificate in Political Theory from Oxford University and was a Rhodes Scholar finalist. Prior to his interest in anomalous phenomena, Dolan studied US Cold War strategy, Soviet history, and international diplomacy. In 2000, he published a 500-page study, UFOs and the National Security State.

2010 is the 30th anniversary of Britain's most famous and compelling UFO case, the Rendlesham Forest incident. Former Ministry of Defence official Nick Pope will review the evidence and sort the facts from the fiction. He will share the results of his 1994 cold case review of the incident, which among other things concluded that the original investigation had been fatally flawed by procedural errors, delay, confusion over jurisdiction and poor information-sharing between the MoD and the USAF.

Anthony Beckett will present the scientific evidence that shows that life is not unique to the planet Earth. In the 30 years since NASA sent biology experiments to our neighbouring planet, developments in astrobiology and terrestrial biology clearly indicate that life has a foothold on Mars. Is an announcement on this discovery by either NASA or the Obama Administration imminent? We have reason to suspect NASA of holding back the release of this discovery. Is this over-cautious science hindering progress or power-brokers using this knowledge for political gain. Either way, it seems that the announcement of the biggest discovery in scientific history is well over due.
