grea time
This was my first event of this kind as I used to be well up on the UFO field but felt it lacked something as the 1980s and 90s went by.
I am pleased to say that I felt this event put new life into a topic that the mainstream fails to cover enough and one that many of us think will become increasingly important in coming years.
I am interested in more events of this nature in the north or midlands.

What a line-up of dodgy suspects eh? Probably good that you got those done before the food and pub later or you may have got a different result and have had to prop some ppl up :)
Great event - I think it was excellent to have all those topics covered under the Exopolitics 'meta' theme. Opening the event with the intro and giving it that context worked to bring out the interlinked aspects of each topic.
Only feedback I heard to contrary was about time limits* and no having question and answer sessions. Hopefully we can extend similar events to go on a bit longer into the evening or something and allow for this.
Thanks again to Ants for doing the majority of the donkey work and managing to keep smi²ling by the time the event arrived.

* Anyone that thought I was hassling Lloyd by shouting out "15 mins" during his talk should know he [Lloyd] asked me to do this! It wasn't a tactic to cut his talk short. Wanted to clear that up as it was brought up later on.

Hi, I'm Sacha, I'm a ufologist here in Leeds and came to your exopolitics conference this weekend. I just wanted to congratulate you on a fantastic job! I thoroughly enjoyed the event. The line up was fantastic, you've really pulled a rabbit out of a hat doing this. I often read about the exopolitics events all over the world but can never get to them, so I was delighted to see that you'd stuck your neck out and put this one together and right on my doorstep! I advertised it on my website and also on my face book page and am in the process of writing a review. I think it's important to get the word out about how good this was to hopefully busy it up next year.
As for you hassling Lloyd, thats just ridiculous, everyone has a set amount of time and it ran over anyway!!
I'm already looking forward to the next one, you all did a brilliant job, well done.

Hi Sacha, glad you enjoyed it... that wasn't you sat in the front row taking loads of notes for each speaker was it? Probably not - but at one point I nearly wrote on a bit of paper to say "it's OK - you'll get them on video!".
If anyone has a photo that shows Richard Dolan presenting *and* has the title of his talk on the screen behind him - PLEASE send it to me as I want if for the UK site. Would really appreciate that.

Yes DavID... that was me furiously scribbling away as usual. I get ideas you see... Just bit's that I hear that click with bits I'm 'working'on.. I use that term loosely of course he heh!
I'll be going to the one in September in Liverpool too, I've told quite a few peeps how good the Leeds one was, hopefully some will drag their backsides there!

Yes liverpool should be good - it's not as "Exo" focused though.
I'm doing a talk on Alien Language and Communications if interested in that area.

I'm very interested in Alien language and communications! It might answer some questions for me. I've had sightings and wierd happenings all my life.. Two of them were mind blowing, and both times I wasn't on my own thankfully!
One of the things happened at Anne Andrews house. I'd gone to do a review of a talk Poala Harris was doing for the Norfolk ufo society and seeing as I am friends with Anne and Jason I stayed there... Poala refused to stay in the house after one night and booked herself into a hotel. In fact reading The Day after Roswell and seeing Paul Hellyers response to it and then spending a few days with Poala is what got me interested in Exopolitics... I was already neck deep in all other aspects of ufology.
Roll on spetember, can't wait to see Larry, we're good mates :)
