Directions to the Conference Venue

The conference venue at Leeds Metropolitan University's Civic Quarter Campus is ideally located in Leeds City Centre about a 10 minute walk from Leeds Railway Station. The lectures are being held in lecture theatre LTB2 which is located in the Leslie Silver Building - building 'A' in the map shown below. The entrance to the Leslie Silver Building in on Woodhouse Lane - this is marked 'Help Zone' on the map below.

Travelling by Road
There is no parking available at the Leslie Silver Building for visitor but there are several car parks in the immediate area. It is recommended that you use the car park marked 'Multi-story Car Park' to the right-hand side (East) of the venue. This car park affords the quickest access to the venue by road. There is cheaper Pay & Display street parking from as little as £4.00 for all day Saturday on Lovell Park Road and some surrounding streets. Remember to arrive early.

Travelling by Rail
It is 10 minute walk from the Leeds Railway Station to the venue or you can make use of the Leeds City Centre Taxis which have ranks at both entrances to the railway station.

Travelling by Bus
For those travelling by bus, the bus stop outside the Leslie Silver Building is on Portland Street.
