Accomodation

There are several reasonably priced Hotels within walking distance to the conference on the Civic Quarter Campus in Leeds City Centre. Here is a list of hotels close to Leeds Metropolitan University with some as little as £32.00 per night. We recommend arriving on Friday evening and departing of Sunday to make the most of the conference and days events.

Gold & Silver Ticket Holders

If you bought a Gold ticket or a Silver Ticket you are invited to join the Speakers and Conference organisers for dinner on Saturday evening. You are also guaranteed priority seating (front row for Gold Tickets and second row for Silver Tickets). The dinner on Saturday evening will be held at Wagamamas restaurant in Leeds City Centre from 6.30 pm. The restaurant is approximately 10 minute walk away from the conference. Don't forget that you will need to pay for your own food and drinks.

Conference Sponsors

If you purchased a Gold Ticket you will be regarded as a sponsor of the event and therefore, if the conference makes a profit, part or all of the money you paid may be returned to you. However, we are doing this event to help raise funds for the speakers and so we do encourage you to help with this in some way. If your money is returned you can still help by giving a donation to a speaker, or buying a signed book - it entirely up to you!
